Injected last night with 2 cups beef broth, 1/4cup melted butter, 2Tbls of the rub. Them hit it with the meatchurch and them sprinkled some Montreal steak seasoning over that.
Should be good!
Same, that’s why I picked this one. All the others had a flat too thin.I looked at what briskets Kroger had on Monday...pretty much picked over. The flats I saw were too thin for my liking.

we need more photos !Just wrapped at 167deg internal. I’m doing this one in a foil pan then cover tight with foil. If you haven’t t tried this it’s awesome, saves all of the juices.
