Kroger Brisket on the Oklahoma Joe

I picked up a couple of the 1.99 Kroger briskets and decided to get one started this morning. The Oklahoma Joe bronco drum style smoker has produced some very good results in the past.

I like this Bronco so much I bought a second one for my hunting property in South Carolina and considering up grading to the Pro model.

5 hours into the cook and looking good temp is holding steady at 250

I wrapped it in butcher paper at 2:30 and put it back on the bronco at a reduced temp. Took it off the grill at 4:30 and it is resting in butcher paper
