Whoa, what does Kentucky know that we don't? They're converting old school buses into ambulances that can carry up to 18 patients at a time to the hospital in one trip. Officials say this could be helpful in the case of major disasters, which we guess it's always practical to plan for but 18 people at a time!? From one place?! And there's more than one of them being made? Major Randy Harris with the Mercy Regional Emergency Medical Service points out a large-scale wreck, when a tour bus crashed a few years ago, as being a time when these ambu-buses could have been effective.

Pretty wild.

It's not Just Kentucky. I've noticed their Strenghtening the Chain Link Fences around the Sub Base here on the inside, with concrete footers and looks like 1 1/2' cables .

Kentucky spending grant money? I don't know, just a thought. Although if I weren't footing the bill, I'd love to know those were local and would be available should I or my family need it.
