Our house in Florida has been on the market since November, figured it would of sold quickly being waterfront and no fixed bridges to the ocean. Restaurant business was off a little, last quarter was down 7% from last year. Whenever I think I'm doing good I check out debt. As a American taxpayer and I'm $34 TRILLION in debt.

Yeah out house since October. Put on pause till the market picked back up, realtor told me that everything is flat now in Feb. Told her to just wait.
