Eat clean and exercise. This whole “cut out soda but don’t exercise” thing is why 66% of America is overweight.
There’s no easy button, but if you eat right 90% of the time and exercise you’ll cut weight easily.
actually, 90% is what you eat! it's all the packaged crap! Eat REAL FOOD!
nothing in my comment said don’t eat real food. If it comes out of a bag or from a drive through you should pass.
I do that time to time. BUT stomach problem got really worst, so I got have some to munch in the morning, around 10am.
I'm probably just going to March her around the woods until I'm satisfied.
Maybe well pick up w good habit along the way.
This is me. I dont drink sodas and I eat quality food 90% of the time but I have sank into a sedentary lifestyle. I love the outdoors and used to spend a lot of time in them. I really need to get my activity levels back up. Used to be a gym rat but now I really like very rich and stinky beers.
I’m down 37lbs since Jan 1st. Low carb, no exercise. Yet.
