High Gravity Beers

I have to agree, I am an IPA guy when it comes to good beer. The high grav stuff can be a tad overbearing for me. Why not enjoy a nice Macallan 18yr old single malt? But hey each to thier own. Cheers :very_drunk:

Try the Clown Shoes Hoppy Feet and Muffin Top. I'm a bit of a hophead myself, and they are top 10's worldwide imo.

Dog Fish Head "World Wide Stout" - used to pick up in Northern Va. Excellent high octane stout

"Innis and Gunn" - Irish Whiskey Cask Stout. Top notch stuff - available locally. If you like stouts well worth trying. Can't have any lately due to some medicine I'm taking but damn I can't wait till I am "cleared hot".

x2 on Innis and gunn, great stuff!

I attended the Secret Stash Bash beer tasting event. Rediculous beers. Notables were Heavy Seas Double IPA in vinalla oak cask, and something from Burnt Hickory in Kennesaw. I should have written some of them down. One was a Imperial Stout seasoned with orange and mint that was 15.5% ABV- truly a real statement beer.

I'm a big IPA fan as well. My favorites lately have been Westbrook's IPA and Brew Free or Die IPA. Delicious!
