The "Hard Time" is a 20-proof and the "Community Service" is 21 proof.

Kasteel Donker or Celebrator Dopplebock - Belgian and German

I met the brewmaster from Jailhouse and he definitely knows what he's talking about. I was a fan of their beer before that and then turned into a junkie. I highly recommend them for good beer as well as taking care of the locals.

Trappistes Rochefort. A very nice Belgian. There are 3 grades, I prefer the 10. I think it comes in at 11.3%. Very full flavor. Runs about 5.99 a bottle at Hop City and Beverage World.

I had an Italian beer...well two...last night for dinner at Provinos in Roswell. It was a dark beer called Morretti and it was incredible. It was "wimpish" though weighing in at only 7.5%.
