During a press conference Tuesday, Humane Society officials say one of their investigators watched experiments at GRU that involved removing dogs’ teeth, replacing them with dental implants and then killing the dogs for a sample of their jaw bones.

This is the same bunch in favor of making sure you are unarmed while on a college campus.

I think the one thing that takes the cake here is that they are buying these dogs. How many are put down at the local "shelters" per day, why not use those dogs?
