Foreman or Rancher

I just came acorss a great blow out sale on hondas at the Lawrenceville honda dealer. If you were shopping for a new 4 wheeler would you rather get the Foreman 500 or the rancher 420. I had it narrowed down to the rancher but now that I found the low price on the foreman Im not sure which is the better choice.

I think it depends what you want to do with it. I have a rancher and it's great. I think the rancher is more fun to ride (smaller, quicker, more nimble) while the foreman is bigger and more powerful has more space to put stuff. If you are going to be working it hard or towing stuff a lot, go with the foreman. If you are going to be playing more, get the rancher. Of course there are a lot of other considerations but that's how I look at it

mainly using it for the woods. get to and from stands, ahul stands in and out, haul out deer....

ok, heres another question. Is EPS (powersteering) a must have? does it make that much of a difference?

Rancher for what it sounds like you'll be using it for. I had one and loved it. Never got stuck or left me stranded. And never had eps but I would just look at it as one more thing that could go out on you.

Ill bet Southern Honda in Chattanooga will beat their prices by a lot. They pay for your gas to come up there and no sales tax on the bike.

that was my thought. they dont have a blow out deal for one with out EPS though

just checked them out. great now I have to start pricing them out again. they have fantastic deals!!!
