My wife got the same choice while working for a huge logistics company and has been my right hand ever since!
She got a new half pint boss and he had the midget syndrome pretty bad. They told her she'd be moving from kennesaw to Norcross..
They were told from the start she wasn’t going.... they have been asked over and over how the company would like to handle it, it’s been ignored by the DM.

About 10 years before my father's retirement they moved him from Iowa to Tennessee (6 months) to Texas then GA... They were trying to make him quit but he moved every time.
It amazes me how companies will treat their people.
