Basil from the garden last year. We had SO MUCH of that stuff we froze home made pesto in 2 inch cubes... have about 30 cubes, and dried several bunches... have about 3/4 of a gallon of dried crushed basil. My step daughters asked for a pinch on top of the sauce.

That sounds awesome. I love chorizo, old lady won't eat it though. I'll just have to make her her own pepper.

Man you got it goin on with the culinary skills. I worked in restaurants for over 15 years. Picked up a lot from that. I love to cook, and EAT! I can tell you feel the same. Good thread. I'll try to post more food pics as I go along.

awesome. We had a lot of it growing as well. The aromatics are ridiculous. It made our whole house smell good. A little goes a long way. Good idea on the pesto cubes. I'll definitely be going that route next time. How do you do yours? Just basil and olive oil in the CuisineArt?
