MEAT-zza!

My wife made a pizza with MEAT instead of bread crust! Ground turkey with salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread thin, baked until firm, then top with pizza sauce, cheese, and basil... This was delicious!

Damn dude! Another dimension! That looks incredible!

Tonight was filet for the lady, bone in Ribeye for my buddy and I, marinated with olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh garlic and rosemary. Bourbon salmon, shrooms, asparagus, bullion onion, red pepper, pablano and couscous. Turned out pretty tasty....

I got a pizza stone for the egg this Christmas. Decided to give it a shot this weekend. Turned out pretty damn good. Took some trial and error, but finally got it right. Burned up a brand new Weber glove in the process though. :(

thats my problem too... Too busy eating, not even thinking about a photo until it's gone!
 
This is a piece of boneless chuck roast I grilled. It is not a tender cut but it is one of the tastiest there is. I use seasoned meat tenderizer and jab it with a fork to work the tenderizer in. Grill it to medium rare and it is a treat. This is a regular at my house and at the hunting camp table.

Friend of mine and I went hog hunting this weekend, we each nailed one. Mine was about 130-150 lbs... His was closer to 175. Cleaned them ourselves at the property, finishing up bagging, cleaning, paper wrapping and getting ready to freeze. Meanwhile on the big green egg... Chicken breasts on the left...
