Food Porn - Post The Meal Photo of What You're Eating

Pork loin cooked on the Weber. Charcoal grilling is the only way to go.
 
Got the Egg out last night. Had a Valentines dinner extravaganza. First smoked a red bell pepper and a pablano. Nice char and wonderful hickory flavor. Then added a dill salmon on a cedar plank and two skewers of marinated brussel sprouts for some smoking. Turned on the gas grill also for portobellos, onion, asparagus and potatoes. Grand finale was a ribeye for me, filet for her smoked and seared around 400°. Everything turned out perfect! Pics won't do justice....

Next time, try stuffing the poblano with cheese and chorizo, or mushrooms... mighty fine chow!
