Here is just another example of how effective these exercises can be.
It is difficult to explain to people how fast these events take place but when they switch perspectives from "sitting on the sidelines" to "getting in the game" they can gain a better grasp of the speed & difficulty of making decisions under even "pretend" stress.
This is just one more reason why I, and many other members in the training community, put such emphasis on these exercises.
