You would be lucky to turn into a zombie, This stuff starts out with large blood filled boils on the body, bleeding from the eye's and anywhere else it can leak from, than it just turns your insides to jelly, then you bleed out like a busted bag of poo.
But I would still opt for the head shot myself.
