someone can quietly sit there, close their eyes, and pray however they want. its the thought that counts, not the degree of public display.

if they can get it out and over with before it bothers me then i dont care.

besides its public, public is weird as far as other people are concerned. i just do my best to ignore something unless i see someone getting hurt in the near future

Yea I think we're on the same page. As for OP, doesn't sound like the group of women were really bothering anyone. They huddled in a circle and prayed. I'm willing to guess that nobody could hear their prayer. I highly doubt standing in a circle with heads bowed is really going to bother anyone else in public.

Dublin, GA....I used to travel to Dublin routinely for work....every now and then you run across a quaint, small town and think - This is nice, time has past us by here and that's OK. Lots of charm, wonderful people - it's nice here.

I never thought that in Dublin.
