Drug testing for welfare, drug testing to use the roads, drug testing to go to school, drug testing to use the services provided by the courts, drug testing to get a driver's license, drug testing to collect SS, drug testing to vote, drug testing to do anything or get anything with the government. Because it is the governments business to know if anyone doing anything is using drugs and I've never heard of the Bill of Rights.
