I’ve made it mixing soy sauce, worteschire, spices. You can also take any of the KC brand marinades, mix some with water to thin and add whatever spices
You want. The teriyaki and Caribbean jerk are good. Want spicy? Add some cayenne. Just experiment with small batches for to see what you like. Good luck.

For sliced meat:
-equal parts Worcestershire and soy sauce
-Maple syrup(I usually add one mini bottle from Cracker Barrel)
-Garlic powder
-Onion powder
-Fresh ground black pepper(cayenne if you want a little more spicy)
Add all that together and mix it well, then put your sliced meat in a gallon ziploc bag and pour the marinade over it. Mix it around so all the meat has marinade covering it, squeeze all the air out of the bag and set it in the fridge overnight.

Haven’t found a good recipe for ground meat yet so I’m no help there
