Remington will not be running any time soon. I do not think the SC primer plant will ever come back on line.

Heard that rumor as well, but absolutely debunked on Guntalk Radio.

All the Remington plants are turning out ammo and components according to the VP of Operations at Vista Outdoors, who bought their ammo assets. None of them shut down and they are all working at capacity.

Given that Vista said they have a $1 billion dollar backlog on ammo, why would they even think of shutting down plants?

The only slowdown is COVID requirements and according to him they were still producing at roughly 80% of capacity per shift, and they are running all thee now, compared to a single shift in 2019.
