Daily Dinner thread?

I took a package of fresh pizza dough and stretched it into a greased cast iron skillet. I used alfredo sauce as the base and added chopped roasted garlic, shredded rotisserie chicken, artichoke hearts, and mozzarella cheese. Topped with some chopped fresh spinach. Baked at 450. It was kind of like a thin focaccia bread. It was delicious. I will definitely be doing this again.

I want to try that now with some buffalo chicken and blue cheese.
 
Started a lasagna this morning by browning the meat while cooking the onions and peppers. Put that in a crock pot added the seasoning stewed diced tomato and tomato sauce still cooking will assemble tomorrow

Also will add tomato paste as well.
 
Made that cabbage stew that's been going around. Wow, it's very very good!

Brown the meat first of course. Then sauté the veggies.

Bacon, ground beef
Cabbage
Onion
Carrots
Celery
Bell pepper
Garlic
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Worcestershire sauce
Salt Pepper
Dill
Jar of red sauce
Fill up the jar 2x with vegetable broth
1 cup uncooked rice

Simmer for an hour.
