Yesterday, I wood smoked a pork shoulder, a venison loin, a venison roast, and a beef chuck roast for about 4.5 hours.

Today, the wife put the chuck roast into the crockpot with vegetables and a homemade green curry sauce. It was over the top excellent. Smokey flavor of the meat plus the curry is awesome.
 
I took a package of fresh pizza dough and stretched it into a greased cast iron skillet. I used alfredo sauce as the base and added chopped roasted garlic, shredded rotisserie chicken, artichoke hearts, and mozzarella cheese. Topped with some chopped fresh spinach. Baked at 450. It was kind of like a thin focaccia bread. It was delicious. I will definitely be doing this again.
