Wife mixed up Lipton onion soup mix to make a meatbloaf.. then realized she didn’t have to rest of the ingredients..yeah it pissed me off

Down 7 pounds and blood pressure 119/71... weight is probably mostly water weight

Update... Down 20 pounds and 2 pant sizes,, off acid reflux meds.. blood pressure 119/78 down from 124/82... I now can do 4 miles in an hour on the treadmill..
