no, this is a thread about the fed pushing for negative interest rates in america, much like central banks did in sweden and (are or attempting to) in japan

if you have to ask though it means you havent been paying attention the macro-economic ramifications of instituting a negative interest rate (only for savings and checking accounts though it seems) at the behest of a central bank

and thats all i got. i dont know how else to explain it lol
