Beans in your chili? Yay or nay?

No beans. I feel like beans and potatoes are just filler. Give me da MEATS!!!
Meat, chili peppers, done. Gonna make some Texas chili this week. No tomato products or beans of any kind.
This. And smoke that meat like a loaf and use the drippings. Best ever. Oh… and bacon.
It'll spend a little time on the Recteq before getting chilicided. Got a whole beef brisket thawing right now, should put it on shortly.
Did you say you have the Recteq Bullseye? I can’t remember. Have you done a brisket on it previously?
I’ve had my Recteq RT-700 for a week now and have used it at least 6 or 7 times. Love it and love being able to get the temp up to 650° in no time. I’ve reverse seared a couple steaks and they turned out great. Hell, even hamburgers taste better on there. Can’t wait to spatchcock a turkey for Thanksgiving.

To bean, or not to bean....
If I'm cooking, and beans are in the pantry, they go in. If somebody else is cooking, I'm not getting picky.
Sort of like the single most insulting response to this question....
