I've had crunchy, dry, choking down every bite deep fried turkey 3 times. Put mine in an oven !

I don't like turkey. If I wanted to eat something that tastes like cardboard I'd just eat cardboard.

Wife bakes it. We save 1/2 breast for sandwiches and the rest goes into a big pot with taters, onions, celery for turkey hash.
Put that on top of a couple of home made biscuits and yum, yum, yum.....

I've tried it with 3 people that swear their's is the best and they chowed down on it saying how good it was. I want mine baked.

I've never tried smoked turkey outside of prepackaged lunch meat but it sounds really good.
