There’s nothing to stop a DB from trading with Neg feedback.

If seller with neg feedback has an interested buyer/ trader, it’s up to the buyer slash trader to peruses the purchase or trade....

If there's one thing I learned on eBay (many years ago) it's that sooner or later you're gonna run into that one real jerkoff. That's the guy that ruins your 100% rating and usually over a $5.00 deal or less. And for some reason it was usually someone from Puerto Rico.
But seriously where humans are involved ANYTHING can and does happen. I've only negged 2 guys my entire time here and that's because they just straight stood me up and then ghosted the site. So they had it coming.
