100 grams of carbs a day is a good number. It'll keep test up. Add two pounds of vegetables and some meat and nuts. Fish oil is important. I like Coromega fish oil. Taste like orange. No fish oil burps.

I only have my experience. I thought I was going to need trt. I went from 500+ to 400 on keto and then back to 500. It may be just me. Private md labs.com will test it cheap.I have never heard that before.
