That is fake. It is a bandoleer run though the ejection port and mag well. That picture has been around for a long time now.

This is a real belt fed 12ga. Note the lower.

Dang that thing cycles about as good as a Saiga 12 with birdshot!

I think the guy has a few things working against him, the cloth belt being one and using cheap bulk pack bird shot that swells when fired for two. I wonder if it would run better if he tried a better quality of ammo. I like his thinking though. Beats the hell out of three Saiga's bolted together and driven by a drill.
