I called MY son in and told him if he ever sees or hears anything like this online, some SOB posting Coward that he needs to tell someone at school about it....Hes in high school but you just never know.
They can de facto ban guns in the sense that if you have one, they can expel you. Just like FedEx has NO GUNS signs posted everywhere and while legally they can't do jack in this state, they could have me escorted off the premises for trespassing if they found out and pushed the issue. Fear goes a long way and plenty of kids just want to keep their noses clean long enough to get that piece of paper.
Yea, per the NY Post

How can they legally take away private property when these students were not involved and in fact are the victims? Would be mad if my kid could not call me and tell me they were alright!
This is exactly why bad people do bad things. Should have been some kind of red flag for people to tell on this psycho. He got what he deserved.
Because they have guns and they have arrest powers in an emergency. They can do anything they want.
