Haven't tried this with bacon wrap, but it works great for regular poppers.

Looks good.
I make buffalo farts, cream cheese and cheddar cheese mixed and stuffed in the pepped and wrapped in bacon or smoked salmon

I marinate backstrap slices in Dales, add a spoon full of cream cheese, put them in half of a large jalapeño and wrap them with bacon.

Or....bacon wrap, shrimp, scallops, gator tail and andouille sausage in a pepper.

Marinated backstraps are the bomb! Gonna have to try the cream cheese and jalapeño next time!
