A different jalapeño popper

Looks good man.
I marinate backstrap slices in Dales, add a spoon full of cream cheese, put them in half of a large jalapeño and wrap them with bacon.

Or....bacon wrap, shrimp, scallops, gator tail and andouille sausage in a pepper.
Back in my day that sounds like great ingredients, to make the ultimate Fatty, come to think of it, may have to do one like this one day...Thanks
