Shot and missed a doe at 36 yards. Seen 2 big bucks but couldnt get a clear shot

I wasn't in this tree 10 minutes and he came in to 25 yards. I think I made a bad shot but I saw blood coming out. He fell down twice in the first 75 yards of running.

I saw a 140" deer and a smaller buck this morning in the neighborhood when I was out running. They're definitely on their feet.

Make sure there aren't any wasps nests in that blind before you get settled!

I talked to soon boys up here in Virginia yesterday and they said they didn't see squat. Said it rained on them a bit early and then the wind kicked up and like to blew them out of their stands.

I was talking to a friend that said Virginia got hit hard by CWD? I guess I could google but was curious if that's true??
