‘Multiple victims’ reported in church shooting outside San Antonio

Adding the violent wife-beating, child-skull-cracking, animal-abusing future killer's name on a "prohibited persons" list won't do much good when private party sales are unregulated.
So, we either need to go with universal background checks (all private sales get transferred through an FFL) OR we just accept that crazies, illegal aliens, felons, and others who could never pass a background check will be able to buy their weapons in face-to-face deals with private-party sellers they meet at gun shows, flea markets, newspaper ads, internet ads, etc.
Thankfully we have the 2nd amendment and your second 'choice' is the only valid one. There is no end to the way government will try and make you believe you are 'safe' while grin stripping you of your rights. Universal background checks would not have stopped this incident, or Sandy Hook, or any other 'mass shooting' in recent memory. To entertain such lunacy is to be part of the problem.
Yes, freedom sometimes is messy. Thank God there are those that have died to keep it so.

I dunno....hmmm.....I sure hate to think someone would break the law by buying or selling a deadly high powered weapon without going through a dealer to get a background check.....

The laws against smuggling heroin and cocaine have worked so well that they have disappeared from the face of the earth.:thumb:

The laws are there to keep the money flowing to the right people. How is it that 90 percent of the world's heroin is produced in afghan and makes it all the way to the US? Makes you wonder.

Never can stop a determined man...mans determination has throughout history proved to be the one elusive thing thats not ever been able to be conquered they may try to have prediction analysts in place to mass scan this site social media as a whole and more but still never can stop a thinking determined man- hence mass shootings etc can never be harnessed
