No topping. But I use 1# of ground beef, #1 of ground turkey, 1# of ground sausage, diced green, yellow, red and orange peppers, onions, mushrooms, bread crumbs, Worchester sauce, dry mustard, 2 eggs and a couple splashes of Texas Pete.
I was good up to the cauliflower. It would have to be disguised as something else and then smothered and covered in cheese. Oh wait, that's Brussel Sprouts I was thinking of. The cauliflower - just disguised and smothered in brown gravy!

We had so many of these from past sales, we opted to have a Standing Rib Roast for Thanksgiving rather than turkey, but like turkey, there was a lot left over! Still worth picking up s few more for, you know, Chistmas, New Years, National Donut Day, Happy Highway Haulers Day, ...etc.

Mushroons, sliced/diced
Onion, diced
Dry mustard
Texas Pete
Splash of Worcester sauce
2 eggs
Italian bread crumbs
Mix well, form. 325* 60-90 minutes.
Brown gravy and mashed potatoes, ok.
Keep ketchup away from this recipe!
