It may already be too late. My local shop isn't getting any. Anchored had some local oysters last week but I want singles. I'm going to call them and see what they have if anything.
Your spread looks great. Those are the cleanest oysters I have ever seen.

another wives tell is that the bay water is warmer....they seem to taste about the same when ever I get um
Probably ok now, due to better refrigeration, but not as plump and tasty when the water’s warm.
