Oh wait that happens after I eat the beans.....Just started the beans added smoked thick bacon,,Vidalia onions, butter and seasons. Beans soaked overnight..Now in 8+ hrs it will be ready and so will I.

I'll take a pic later, just large white lima's. They will swell to 4 times their size I guess. After they are done, I will let it sit and settle out..When done I will remove excess water, to get to the concentrate.

I can almost taste them. I was eyeballing a bag of 15 bean soup the other day. Summer be darned, cook them anyway.

I was force-fed lima beans as a child and to this day can't tolerate them. Just recently as a few years ago got to where I can eat bacon again
