I had a hankering for some sausage and gravy over Buttermilk Biscuits. I could not stand long enough to make the Biscuits, so I used Grand Biscuits.

I like chopped Vidalia onions in with the sausage. I could only eat one..Plenty left
 
Looks mIghty fine! Wife likes hamburger meat crumbled up in cream gravy and I fixed her a pan of it and biscuits other night. She had 12 brothers and sisters coming up an her mother cooked biscuits and gravey with hamburger meat and fried potatoes for a lot of meals to feed everyone!

Dd that looks mighty good—- my mama use to make tomato gravy when she cooked country ham,you have any knowledge of it.i have tried several times but never the same.
Never tried it, but here’s one that sounds good…

we always just made red-eye gravy after cooking country ham.
