Zoysia grass

I used Tru-Green to shock my yard right before I put the house up for sale. They took care of the weeds and greened it right up. Sold the house within 4 weeks with 1 year service included. Buyers loved the yard. Short term solution to a long term problem. As far as the zoysia goes...It's still a bit early to write it off yet.

Yep zoysia is just starting to green up.The Heritage fungicide is a preventive fungus measure.Fungus could be present but theres frost damage too.give it a bit.Warmer temps will help a lot.Every time temps fall below 6o at night the zoysia gets knocked back.Another dose of fertilizer in 4 weeks will help a lot.
