Will Ferrell- Good comedian/actor or not?

Now Adam Sandler is funny. Kevin James is funny. Put them both together...hilarious. Add Will Ferrell into the mix...I still won't watch it.

He is just so stupid that it's funny. I enjoy his movies.

I think "Old School" is one of the great classics. Anchorman is funny as hell too. I understand why many of you think he has run his course though. Many greats don't know when to call it quits. Chevy Chase is a shame now and Sandler blows as well. Every great comedian gets caught in there own niche and it can be hard to deviate. It's what it is, enjoy it while it lasts.

Here is my thought on Ferrell. He is a comic genius in his own way.

When he is a supporting actor, he shines. When they push him to be the lead, I think he fails. My opinion of course

Talledega Nights- Bad. Too much
That skating movie was bad.
I didn't enjoy Step Bros.

Stranger Than Fiction is great, so is Step Brothers, that's just because John C. Riley made it funny.

Talladega nights, Step Brothers, Anchorman, and The Other Guys were hilarious. Everything else he did was kinda overdone and not as funny.
