Nice bark. I like a heavy bark. What did you cook it on?
Cooker it on the REC TEC 30 Minutes at 500 degrees, then took it down to 275 and got the internal to 135 and took it off and tented it for 25 minutes. Took DD advice on lather it up with garlic butter, put some kosher salt on it, then used Kinder's Butcher Blend Rub coated it.Nice bark. I like a heavy bark. What did you cook it on?
