What's going on the smoker/grill today?

Just a couple of shish kabobs.
Steak, skrimps, scallops, veggies!!!

My buddy made these up and I cooked them. Everything was raw.
I cooked over both direct and indirect heat. Initial sear was >600F.
Lots of flipping and moving around.
Watch out for those delicate scallops sticking and trying to pull off the skewers.
I used the force to know when everything was done.

Man those kabobs look great! I did scallops and steak last night, just not on kabobs. The grilling basket is awesome for veggies.

Brats and beans the night before!
