Tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and hatch chiles. I did another entire tray of hatch chiles. Seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder. Roasted and then put into blender. Tinkered with the seasonings a bit and then jarred it up. Super tasty. Slightly smoky flavor with just the right amount of heat.
