What suppressed rifle are you going to hunt with this year?

I'm planning on using the 44mag with an Octane 45 on it.

Wondering if 300gr 44magnum at 1000fps would be humane for deer or hog?

Well I finally got the ball rolling yesterday for my first can it is going to be a the Sprectre 2. Now just the 4 month wait and I will be doing a lot of squirrel hunting. Hopefully I can come with the extra cash and get something that can handle a 5.56. In the next few weeks I will be applying for a SBR. Cant wait but this Class 3 is going to be a high dollar addiction and I can see it now.

I've ears the gun sites threads are shouldered on the front sight, so be careful to check for concentricity. I've only seen one person who's had a problem with it.

The 44mag supersonic really isn't bad. But what about the terminal ballistics of a 300gr at 1000fps? Is it humane to use?

I always heard anything above 800 fps is "humane".
I dropped a 8 point with a .44 mag. handgun with 1 shot.

Yea I see 44mag handgun hunters, so I assume some of their loads are barely breaking 1100fps with 240gr, if bought factory loaded. I would think 300gr @ 1000fps should be enough, and mighty quiet.
