What rifle is this stock for?

Didn't mean to appear snippy (well, snippier than normal), I had to look the M15 up. I'd heard about them years ago but since they weren't issued I wasn't all that familiar with them. They do have a selector switch cutout on the right rear of the stock though, as suspected.

No worries brother. Good luck with the stock. I'm at a loss.

For now I'm thinking it might be a commercial stock, like a Boyd's, which would have required minor fitting to use. That seems most logical since it bears no other marks. It does have the typical marks on the bottom where the trigger guard plate makes contact though. Who knows?

Possibly ChiCom M14 stock I cannot recall if they have selector cut out, I dont think so (civilian version).

I have handled a few but never owned one
