at least it would show you actually had an interest in the site rather than coming in and gouging folks with stupid inflated prices on guns and ammo from the get go.

But there are plenty of opportunists, gougers, know it alls, and scallywags here that have been here for years with post counts in the hundreds or thousands. Some of the older members are as bad or worse, and do this every panic. The problem is this...if WE would stop buying their over priced crap they would have to adjust their prices or find another market. THAT is how the free market works. Unfortunately people are fat and lazy and want it now, and some will pay whatever price because they are fat and lazy and unprepared.
