What have you reloaded today?

Reloaded some 5.7x28 today.

Much easier this time. Got the right shell holder for the Hornady case trimmer and used the press primer arm. Cases were too small for my handheld primer.

36gr projectile and 5.9 grains of Accurate No 5.

I am going to try some 5x7 soon. May I ask if you used a crimp die . I don’t have a crimp die for this bullet and was wondering if this was needed as I had previously heard this was a very hard to load bullet to perform well. Having problems finding casings locally also.

I do not use a crimp die and have never had any problems. My biggest issue was seating primers as my handheld would not hold the case. I ended up using the press (RCBS)itself to seat the primer.

Also trimming needed a different shell holder to use on my case trimmer. (Hornady)

Oh well I will just work through it till I get it right. Thanks for telling me the issues you have had. I will work on the needed equipment adjustments.

Just under 100 rounds of 30-06 (would have been 100 but I ran outta bullets) (Speer Hot-Cor 150gr #2023)

Have my square deal set up and loading 124’s from Everglades over titegroup and were able to see that they are good to go before hitting the road for a wedding.

I always case gauge my plinking rounds as well. Can you see it? Ended up with 2 out the 1500.
