wanting to start reloading what equipment to buy

Do not go into reloading just to "Save" money. You need to enjoy the process from end to end. Safety is paramount. Read, watch youtube bits, read some more, get a mentor, take a class... then start looking for equipment....
Yeah I'm not really worried about the savings part. I really enjoy taking guns apart cleaning them and thought I might would enjoy this aspect as well but I don't know anyone that does it.
