Not like I needed ANOTHER excuse never to go into a Waffle house.
My first question was "Why is a sailor armed and in uniform while in Kentucky?"
The services don't typically allow folks to pack heat while in uniform off base or post unless in performance of official duties. About the only thing I can think of is he was an honor guard member who should have been guarding the rifles.
