As I recall, it is not illegal to hunt or trap coyotes in Georgia and there is no "season" for it. IMO, what you need to be concerned about is (under state law) discharging a firearm within 150 feet of a state road and/or any city or county additional restrictions. If your neighbor is shooting a 410 with shot at them, then I'd say do that and try to be a better shot. The fewer shots the better.

Bigger the better. Childhood buddy of mine, well when we were in high school, got the bright idea we'd try to shoot a deer out the 2 story bathroom. So he posted up on the toilet and shot out into the hay field. Needless to say it sounded like we set a pound of c4 off in a phone booth. His mom beat his ass like you wouldn't believe

A single shot in a neighborhood at whatever hour is usually chalked up to "whuh????" Did I really hear it? It's the multiple shots that are the problem..... One shot, one kill...

Maybe I read the OP wrong but the old guy next door popped off a 410 and what happened? BTW, I know from related experience that the one-shot scenario generally follows....
