I have had very good experience with new members over the last few years. Great people. I always talk with new members before meeting. I have had a few people Welch with low feedback but I just move on. I am not too bothered by it.

Meh, I'll start the conversation with anybody. Even in PM's you can tell a LOT. If I have any sort of questions a quick phone call will clear up any doubts.

Yup, first impressions are everything. Still, I thank the long-time members that dealt with me when I was a noob.

When you started we were all new. That said, a person's word is their bond......period. Just do what you say you will do......It's that simple

I've done it several times through the years, been fortunate so far I guess. Lots of communication both ways though first before I make the drive to meet. Only given out one negative in the last 12 plus years........
